Last T.O.S. update : April 10, 2025⚠️ By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out before moving forward with your order !!

// Payment Terms
- Personal Use: The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. If you plan to use it for commercial purposes, an additional fee will apply.
- Payment Plans: I will not start work on the commission until the agreed payment terms are met. The following options are available:
— 50/50 Payment: 50% paid before the sketch, and 50% before the final piece.
— Sketch First: Payment is made after you approve the sketch.
— Up-Front Payment: Full payment is made before any work is started.
- For commissions over $400-$500+, I may offer a payment plan. Specific terms regarding payment amounts and due dates will be provided.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellation is only allowed with valid reasoning, simply not liking the art as well as similar reasonings are not acceptable for cancellation. If you cancel the commission during the process, a cancellation fee will apply, based on the work completed at that point.// Revisions
- Revisions are not allowed once the commission has been fully completed.
- If an error is made on my part (e.g., missing details, incorrect placement of traits, etc.), the revision will be provided with no additional cost.
- If the client requests changes/ revisions due to details they forgot to mention during the initial briefing, additional fees will be charged based on the complexity of the requested revision.// Commission Piece Terms
- Watermarking: Do not add your own watermark to the artwork. If you need to watermark the image for privacy (e.g., when posting on Toyhouse), please credit me as the artist.
- Prohibited Uses: The commissioned artwork may not be used for:
— AI training
— Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
— Cryptocurrency-related purposes
- Offensive Content: My artwork may not be used for hate speech, discrimination, or any offensive content.
- Tracing and Copying: You may not trace, copy, or claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
- Reselling: You cannot duplicate or sell the commissioned artwork unless it was purchased for commercial use.

// General Terms
- Communication: Clear communication is essential throughout the commission process. Please respond to messages in a timely manner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ghosting: If you ignore my messages for a long period of time, even when you are active online, I will assume you are not interested anymore and cancel the commission. You may also not get prioritized anymore in the future or in a more serious case, will be added to a blacklist.
- Feedbacks: I welcome feedback during the creation process to ensure the artwork meets your expectations. Please don't hesitate to speak your mind!
- Art Style: I have my own unique art style. Please don’t ask me to replicate another artist’s style. You may provide references, but copying another artist’s art style or asking me to change my art style is not allowed.
- Sharing Artwork: You are free to share the final piece online, as long as you give proper credit to me as the artist.
- Artist’s Rights: I retain the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you provide a valid reason for me not to.
- Confidentiality: Any personal information shared with the artist and client during the commission process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without each individuals' consent, unless required by law.
- No Rush Fees: I do not accept rush orders. Commissions are worked on in the order they are received or paid, with priority given to those with set deadlines. Please be patient as I work through each commission.

// WORKFLOW
- I always try to finish both the sketch, lineart, and base coloring within a day, as I want to have and take my time shading and rendering the details. I try my best to balance out everything between commission work, irl work, studying, and irl stuff, and If there is an emergency I have to do, I will not hesitate to put the commission I'm doing on hold in the meantime.
- I take breaks between each commission 2 to 4 times to rest my wrist and fingers because I need to keep them in check and if not they will start to hurt and become sore, this is one factor why sometimes I may take longer than I intend to.// PROCESS
- I will start with the sketch and will send you an update about it, I will not continue without the client's approval of the sketch first.
- After the client's approval, I will then proceed with the lineart and base coloring, I will then send it for another approval and proceed with the shading/ rendering.
- After finishing the final touches and finishing the art, I will now upload the final art piece with the help of stash from DeviantArt, I will then send the commissioned piece link to the client through their discord, Toyhouse.se account, or Twitter account!

... Before Ordering

- Make sure to read T.O.S. and everything.
- Then fill the form below, You can be as specific as you'd like! If you are struggling to get ideas, I'll be happy to help or provide it myself!
- Wait for a couple of hours or at least a days to confirm if I reject or accept your request
- After answering the form, send it to me through Discord, or Toyhouse mail. You can also order thru VGen.
- Payment should be made within 72 hours ( 3 days ) after the sketch has been approved, Failure to do so I'll just assume you don't want the commission anymore, this will result in the cancellation of your order.
- Please be patient. Completion of your commission may take up to 1-3 days to 1-4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding!NOTE: Final price will depend on the overall complexity of the commission calculated after reviewing your request.
